Designed by the famous artist Michael R. Everett whom did work for The Grateful Dead and The String Cheese Incident. This was for the April 13, 1997 Benefit Concert for Camp Wannago a camp for children with HIV or AIDS. Overall good vintage condition. There are a few stains as shown in the last photos and a small pinhole. Located on the front right of the shirt and blueish stain is on the left shoulder.
