Vintage 1995 Country Carver Christmas and New Year’s plaque

Adorable vintage holiday sign originally purchased mid 1990’s. Scene is a lighthouse with a watchful snowman wishing everyone Merry Christmas and Smooth Sailing in the New Year. Piece is hefty with an in-carved hanger. Dimensions roughly 13.5” tall and 12” wide. Sits about 1.5” off the wall. One small chip bottom left corner, see photos. Otherwise is like new used condition.
