Vintage 1994 off shoulder Bob Dylan Tour band tee 90s

My grandma bought this from a bob dylan concert in the 90s. It is from his “Never Ending Tour 1994”. She cut the neckline to make it an off shoulder top (see 2nd photo). Vintage rare find on other sites for $100+
