*Vintage* 1991 pullover dress

This super cute pull-on dress came from Macy’s in San Fran, around 1991– kind of English floral. It’s 50/50 jersey knit, so it hangs/drapes well, intended to fall to hips in a drop-waist style. Note white & gold buttons, kind of like a coatdress. Each ruffle is sewn onto a “tube”, so while those flip around, your skirt actually never flies up. Hits just above or at the knee. The large shoulder pads could be removed. Bust 36”, waist 32”, hips 40”, back length 38”. Worn w/ an inch or two of ease.
