Vintage 1991 Time To Play Cats Franklin Mint Collection Plate

Excellent condition This is a Franklin Mint Heirloom cute cat kittens wall hanging plate. The collector plate is called "Time to Play" by Turi MacCombie. The limited edition plate is made from fine porcelain and edged in gold paint. The cat lover gift plate measures 8.5 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition. The plate has a mother cat sitting on a blue rocking chair with her four kittens by her side.
