Vintage 1990's deadstock blue striped high cut bikini. Super cool textured sheer layered blue design. Lined beneath so not actually see through. Clasps together in the back of the underwire padless top. Labeled an 8 and would best fit a modern small with a C-ish cup in my opinion.
