1990s Ballgown Maxi Dress 💖✨🌈😩 GOODNESS. This is a stellar 1990s ballgown that is strapless with a fully boned bust. It even has those little top points at the ends of each side of the bust. Some of the intricate top bust beading has areas where the beading has been lost. It has a full backside zipper. Appears the inside tag was removed but it was found was a size “8” tag on it.
