Vintage 1990’s Upcycled Wrapper Purse

Super fun and unique purse. It is 10“ long x 1.5” wide x 4” deep x 9” strap drop. I’m not sure what the tags are from but they look like from candy packages as it says “chocolate blanco.” It appears to have never been used.
