Vintage 1990s Portugal MC Majolica Ceramic Berry Colander Set 2PC Bowl & Plate

For your consideration is this vintage two-piece berry colander set made of majolica ceramic. The set includes a bowl and a plate with a sculptured pink rope rim, basketweave and fruit design, and incised "MC" mark on the bottom of both pieces. The bowl has seven drain holes on the bottom and nests atop the plate. The set is from the late 20th century and was made in Portugal and imported and distributed by The Neuwirth Company, Inc. It weighs 2 lb 6.1 oz and measures 10 in Dia x 3.25 in H for the bowl and 10.1 in Dia x 1.1 in H for the plate.Condition: Some crazing observed inside the bowl and plate in addition to some abrasions observed atop the plate from the bowl resting on it.
