Rare vintage genuine leather dress by Michael Hoban North Beach. Originally purchased in the 1990’s from North Beach Leather in San Francisco. Retro style w: mock chain belt in front. Center back zipper closure. Shell: 100% genuine leather Lining: 100% acetate taffeta TAG says size 6 (modern XS?) Measurements taken while laying flat: Waist: 26 inches Length from shoulder to bottom: 30“ Make it a suit w/ the matching jacket (sold separately). See last photos. Excellent condition.
