Features a comfortable pull on style with an elastic ruffled waist, adjustable drawstring ties and a loose, flowy, wide leg fit. Comes in a dark burgundy/wine color with black flowers all over. No pockets. Made from a lightweight rayon acetate blend so they have a slight sheen to them. The flowers look a little faded and there is a small spot where the flower thread has frayed. There is no hole there but the material is thin in this area.
