Vintage 1990’s Bright Floral Top

Super cute navy/bright floral 1990’s poly top by “Notations”. Has very thin shoulder pads that can be cut out if you want. Dark navy fabric with yellow, pink, and tan all over print. Measures 25.5 long, 21 bust, 21 wide at the bottom. This top has a cool boxy shape to it and is pinned in the back in the forward-facing photo.
