This is a beautiful 1990’s polka dot dress! The white polka dots look so cute against the black. This dress is sleeveless and has an elasticized waist. It is by the brand Blair Boutique. It appears to be a rayon blend and is so comfortable. There are also pockets which make this dress so great! This dress simply slides on! Been packed away and needs a pressing or steaming
