Features a sleeveless bodice with a cape overlay creating short short sleeves, fitted waist with belt loops but no belt (belt shown is NOT included) and a flirty swingy skirt. Bodice is unlined and sheer, skirt is lined. Side zipper closure. Made from a lightweight polyester chiffon.
