Vintage 1990's black maxi skirt with sparkling net overlay by Impressions Millennium Edition. A pretty party skirt!! Full skirt with high waist. Bottom layer is 100% black nylon. The overlay is sheer black polyester netting with silver sparkles throughout. Side zip and button. Tags: Impressions Millennium Edition Skirt: 100% nylon Overlay: 100% polyester Small Condition: great vintage condition with no major flaws noted.
