Vintage 1990 Spearhead Halloween Pumpkin Jack O Lantern Suction Cup Decor READ. This item has paint loss and general scratches/cosmetic wear (there are quite a lot of scratches on the eyes). The eyes light up! They do not blink on/off. They stay on consistently. I’m not sure if this is a flaw or if there are different models of this item where some blink and some do not. There is also permanent marker on the backside, but it’s not visible from the front. Battery compartment is clean. Thanks!
