Vintage 1990 Arthur Court Mini Pewter Cat Themed Picture Frame

Mini solid pewter picture frame featuring some lazy cats Vintage, dated the year 1990 from brand Arthur Court The frame itself is solid pewter. The stand and the backing piece are probably stainless. The red backing is a piece of velvet on cardboard. You can see at some point it suffered some water damage, but you can’t see it from the outside (also if you put a picture in there it won’t matter lol) The clear screen is just plastic and not glass so this is not breakable. It does have some scratches on it (though the big brown scratch is a scuff on my floor, not the plastic) Overall the wear is only to the replaceable parts, the frame itself is in excellent vintage condition. 3.75 inches x 2 inches I’m not sure what the hook is for but I think it could be made into an ornament (though this is solid pewter so it’s heavy despite its small size)
