Pre-owned, Battery not included, was ticking when I put battery in, it seemed to be working at time of writing this, the hands might be a little loose, not 100% that it works 100% of the time or accurately, very cool clock even for decoration, collection, etc. sold as is. there is some scuffs on surface small spot from sticker residue. overall good condition
