Vintage 1984 Knowles Gone With The Wind Scarlett’s Green Dress Decorative Plate. My mom gave this to me so I don’t know the full history on it, but the back says it’s dated 1984 in the limited edition of “Scarlett’s Green Dress” and is 7th in the Gone With The Wind Collection painted by Raymond Kursar for this addition by Knowles Fine China. It includes wall hanging and is about 8.5” in diameter.
