Vintage 1980s velvet taffeta party dress, M

Absolutely stunning dress from I believe the '80s, judging by the tag font, materials, and shoulder pads! Great vintage condition! Does have belt loops but no belt. Beautiful black velvet with deep jewel and gold florals on top and a taffeta type material on bottom. Brand is Filigree, vintage size 10, but would fit a modern M or size 6 really comfortably.
