Vintage 1980’s retro pinup style polka dot wiggle dress with double-V neckline. Button front and form-fitting, with pleats at the (extra small) natural waist. Size x-small, by Scarlett. Dress measures approximately 32” bust, 26” waist, 36” hip, and 22.5” from natural waist to hem. Shoulder straps measure 1.5” minimum.
