The magenta/gray/black/teal material is 100% polyester, and very substantial feeling, with a nice drape. The waistband closes with buttons on the inside and outside, as shown. It also has pockets! Though there is no brand tag, the RN identifies it as Kasper/Ann Klein. - This skirt has no flaws, and is freshly washed!
