Vintage 1980’s dress

Ok this is quintessential 1980’s. So much ruching and piping, so much detail. This was very expensive in the 1980’s I’m guessing. This garment has some damage so I am lowering the price. There is pulled fabric and a stain on the sleeve. But between the peplum skirt and and cinched waist this is a great sample piece for tailors! Pit to pit 20” waist 14” across. Length 41”
