Fantastic 1980s formal dress! This dress is vintage. It has been stored in a closet for a long time. It needs to be steamed as the top floral decor is a bit flat. The chiffon and velvet are in great vintage condition. No visible rips or snags visible. Only size tag is attached. Looks like brand tag was cut off.
