Vintage 1980’s black and white ruffle flute cocktail dress M

Beautiful vintage 1980s low back floor length cocktail dress in a flute shape. Crepe fabric with tulle bows on each side of ruffle. Dress is an amazing fit, with the front ruffle higher than in the back. A true classic 1980s style. No size on tags, but fits like a 6. Length is 38” in front, 58” in back. Pit to pit measurement is 17”. Tag says the brand is “Rob Hill for Mister Jay.”
