50s Vintage XS Burgundy Velvet Pencil Midi Skirt Details: - burgundy cotton velvet gathered waistline dress - fully lined in acetate - back center nylon zipper topped with a hook slide - midi length below the knees  - best for size XS waist but please base purchase off of actual measurements Condition:  very good  - some slight flattening of velvet pile at top waist band and a tiny amount on skirt but most steam out if steamed from behind (back center seam was touched when photographing and after steamed and larger flattened spot came out) - has not been cleaned, no odors or stains to note Measurements: Waist - 25" Hips  -40" Length - 26"  Sweep - 50" Brand/tag: - Halston III, 8P (much smaller than a modern 8 petite so base purchase off of actual measurements), cut, style, RN #, material, care instructions
