Vintage 1980s VLP petites size 6, navy and white polka dot ILGWU dress

Beautiful, vintage 1980s VLP Petites navy and white polka dot dress, complete with shoulder pads. This size 6 petite dress is in excellent condition, with beautiful stitching and vivid white button details at the waist and end of the sleeves. This dress has the original International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU) label, in patriotic red, white and blue, signifying it was created between 1975 and 1995. The IGWLU was founded in 1900 to provide a platform for working-class women to advocate for fair labor standards.
