Vintage 1980’s Skirt & Top Matching Set, Polka Dot

Excellent vintage condition, no noticeable damage. Shear material but not too see through when worn. Has shoulder pads which are still intact. The top is put on by buttoning the white inner cuff and then buttoning the polka dot material on top (see pic for reference.) Comes with matching string strap and ribbon which can be worn as a hairpiece or to accentuate the outfit as you choose. Tag says size is 8P, fits like medium.
