Vintage 1970s Simplicity 9994 Sewing Pattern Baby Toddler Size 2 Pinafore Dress Top Pant Bloomers COMPLETE Toddler Size 2 ( Modern Size 2T ): B- 21" W- 20" From 1982 Toddler's Pull-On Pants, Top and Pinafore or Sundress and Panties: Eyelet or lace trimmed top, pinafore and sundress are gathered to yokes with back button closing. Top V1,2,3 have long set-in sleeves with elastic wrist casings forming self-ruffles. V1 has self-quilted yoke. Pinafore V2 has rick-rack trim. Top V3 and sundress V4 have ribbon trim. Contrasting panties V1,4 have elastic waist and leg casings. V4 has lace trim. Pants V2,3 have elastic waistline casing and optional snap fastened inner leg seams.
