This vintage shapely red and white polka dot blouse is from the 1980s. - Size 13/14 L - Button up - Feels silky and smooth - Sleeves come to a cuff Measures when flat: Shoulder to shoulder: 18" Sleeves: 20" Shoulder to hem: 25" Condition: A little hole right by the button. When buttoned it is covered. A little tear on the bottom of the sleeve on the cuff. Both could be easily fixed! See pictures please.
