Vintage 1980s Red Polka Dot Frilly Dress, Mini World Size 4, Pageant Full Circle

Frilly full circle skirt red dress with white lace trim that is perfect for twirling. The red fabric has a shiny tiny polka dot weave. The skirt is lined with a white layer. It buttons up the back and there is an attached tie belt. Brand - Mini World Content - 80% Polyester 20% Rayon Size - Labeled Size 4 but it fit my average size 5 year old with a little room to grow so please check all measurements to insure fit Shoulders - 10" across Chest - 12" pit to pit Sleeves - 5.75" from shoulder seam Waist - 11.5" across Length - 22" (9.75" bodice, 12.25" skirt) Condition - I don't see any flaws
