Red Lace with beaded top and chiffon layered skirt - Polyester silk and satin - Short Sleeves with beaded flower appliques around collar Top has beaded sequined design to the waist. Fitted waist with fitted skirt that is layered with burgundy and black chiffon. Back zipper and large bow in front at waist. Measurements taken with garment laying FLAT Chest (from armpit to armpit) - 17" Waist (seam to seam) 13.5" Hips (seam to seam) - 19" Length (top to hem) - 41"
