Stunning 1980s Michele Vincent Inc. vintage Union made black sequin, fringe, spaghetti strap, fully lined, to die for mini. A full zipper up the back, two layers of fringe on the bottom and a beautiful lace overlay with plenty of shiny black sequins. In excellent condition. Measurements as follows: Pit to pit 16 1/2 inches flat with a little extra room in the bust for the girls. Waist 14 1/2 inches flat Hips 18 inches flat Length down the front is 24 inches with an additional 3 inches of just fringe (see pics).
