Vintage 1980s Little Black Velvet Jeweled Dress This fantastic little black dress has long sleeves and is constructed of velvet. A jeweled V-neckline and a large keyhole back with fairly large thick pads. Two buttons at the back neck and a zipper back closure with a small slit at the center of the skirt.
