1940s style blouse made in the 1980s. Adorable hat novelty print. Puff sleeves, faux pockets at bust and several rows of pleating down front, small shoulder pads. Mother of pearl buttons. No size/content/care tag, appears to be rayon. Bust: 20” Please comment below if you have any questions!
