Girls' kelly green frilly dress from the 80s with a large white collar and white lace trim. It has a full circle skirt perfect for twirling. It buttons up the back and has an attached tie belt. There are vertical bust darts Brand - Kid's Avenue Content - 65% Polyester 35% Cotton, Lining is 100% Polyester Size - Labeled Size 10 but please check all measurements to insure fit (this could possibly fit an XXS Petite Adult) Shoulders - 13.25" across Chest - 16.5" pit to pit Sleeves - 7" from shoulder seam Waist - 13.5" across Length - 30" (13" bodice, 17" skirt) Condition - I don't see any flaws.
