Vintage 1980s Gala by Julie Francis Open Back Seashell Brocade Drop Waist Gown 6

Vintage 1980s Gala by Julie Francis gown with a black crepe knit bodice, deep v open back, drop waist with ruching along the hips and an off-set rosette, leading down into the skirt which is given a full - not quite ball gown - shape by a tiered lining that has tulle at the lower tiers. The skirt is a really beautiful and unique seashell pattern brocade in a slightly teal toned green that has a bit of a metallic sheen to it, contrasted with black. Original shoulder pads are still attached. Size 6. Gently used.
