Vintage 1980s top. Black with vibrant bold bright floral print in pink, purple, green, and yellow. Contrasting black trim. Ruched puffy short sleeves. Shoulder pads. V neckline. Fitted waist. Double layered ruffled peplum hem. Plastic flower buttons with rhinestones that button at an angle and are used as accents on the sleeves. Satin lined.
