The dome is mounted on a round plastic base that rolls on 2 red balloon-type plastic wheels. The base has a white paper lithograph around the edges with multi-colored dots and the words "Fisher-Price" around the front. Measures 6-1/4" high and 8-3/8" wide. FPT44346 - 18" long turquoise blue wooden push handle topped with a red plastic grip handle.
