Vintage 1980’s does 1950’s in this blue cotton dress by Fouks Paris . Made in France. It has 3/4 length sleeve which roll up and button, front opening with button closures, two chest pockets, nipped waist, a-line skirt. Missing the small buttons on the sleeves. No other flaws to note. Bust up to 38” Waist 34”-35” Shoulder to waist 16.5” Total length 43
