Vintage 1980's Dramatic Beaded Top sz M

Vintage 1980's hand beaded top by New Trends in a womens size medium. This would look awesome with a maxi skirt or leggings. The padded shoulders add drama and the beading is just beautiful. tagged size is medium, bust is 19" one direction and top of shoulder to bottom hem is 28".
