Vintage 1980s Laird-Portch of Scotland Tartan Plaid Wool Skirt in *Excellent Condition*. Made in Scotland of 100% Pure New Wool. Classic wrap kilt style; the front is flat, while the back and sides are pleated. Fringe on the front wrap section. Two buckle closures at the waist and one on the top hip. In excellent vintage condition; the only thing to note is some wear on the closures.
