Vintage 1980's David Warren NY 3/4 Length Dress

Folds start right below hips. Back zipper. Shoulder pads, but I think they can easily be removed. I'm 5'4" and it falls to mid-calf. Armpit to Armpit 18" Waist side-to-side 17" Shoulder to Hem 43" Shoulder to Cuff 23"
