Vintage 1980s Concepts Velvet Floral Minidress

This dress is one of the most beautiful things I have ever laid eyes on. It features puff sleeves, velvety fabric with glitter detail to accentuate the floral pattern, and a flattering sweetheart neckline. The elastic in the sleeves may need to be replaced eventually as it was somewhat loose, but depending on your shoulder width they might fit fine. Excellent vintage condition .
