Vintage 1980’s Cocktail Dress

Vintage 1980’s swing dress, cocktail dress. Belt included. Has a black velvet top with shiny blue/black skirt. Would be great for formal dance, swing dance, vintage party. There is stiff black tulle underneath giving the dress its shape. No flaws that I can find. Waist 26” Bust 34” I’m 5’4 for reference on length since I didn’t measure.
