Vintage 1980’s Cocktail Day dress M/L

This dress is giving major Golden Girl Vibes. It is Polyester satin and has no stretch. Very cool bathing suit sleeves and roomy top with a straight skirt and tie waist belt. Has a small tear at front that is hard to notice when wearing. Hips 19” Length shoulder to hem is 38” Bust waist open.
