Vintage 1980s, one of a kind, button down blouse by Helene St Marie Features a mock neckline and long sleeves with buttonable cuffs. It has a pleat hidden button down front closure. There is an ascot scarf, like piece of fabric attached to the neckline, and a loop at the shoulder to help keep it in place. The color is very vibrant and it has an embossed like leaf print throughout. The shoulders and sleeves are beautifully shirred for a sophisticated look.It has attached shoulder pads.
