Vintage 1980s Black and Red Floral Dress, In Cinq Size Medium

80s summer dress with a black knit bodice and a full floral skirt. It pulls over your head with an elastic waist. There are buttons on the left shoulder. It has large shoulder pads that are attached in a way that they could easily be removed. Brand - In Cinq Content - Top: 100% Polyester, Skirt: 100% Cotton Size - Labeled Size 14, approximately a modern Medium but please check all measurements to ensure fit Shoulders - 23" across Chest - 20" pit to pit, stretches to 22" Waist - 12.5" across, stretches to 17.5" Hips - approximately 34" across Length - 44.25" (18" bodice) Condition - i don't see any holes or stains. There are belt loops but the belt is no longer with the dress
