Vintage 1980s Ann Tobias fit and flare dress

Vintage 1980s Ann Tobias fit and flare dress I bought this off Depop from maisonrouge and I misread the measurements. Solid black scoop neck top with a black and white gingham pleated full skirt. Matching 33.5” belt. Skirt has non-stretchy lining. No size tag (I do believe it is a size 8), so pay attention to the measurements that are photographed in the second to the last photo.
