Sturdy textured cotton dress with a little stretch to it! Missing a loop for the hoop at the top of the zipper (see pic) but I have worn it and did not notice this until listing it now. Blue and red spots near hem (see pic) Pit to pit 18” Waist 32” Hips 46”
